Privacy notice
Who Is Rich? is a small show with a small website. This page says plainly what is stored, why, and how to have it removed.

What is stored
There are no accounts on this site and no sign in. You can read and listen to everything without giving any details at all.
Three things can be sent to us, and only when you choose to send them. An answer to the question, with an optional first name and an optional email address, and a separate tick box if you also want episode emails. A guest note, with your name, your email, the name of the guest, her story, which pillar it fits and any links you share. An email address and optional first name if you join the episode list.
Nothing else is asked for, and your visit is not used to build a profile of you.
What happens to it
Visitor answers are held for approval before anything is shown. An approved answer is published with the first name you gave, or simply as anonymous if you left it blank. Your email address is never shown publicly, and it is never used to credit an answer.
The newsletter tick box sits beside the answer box but is separate from it, and it is unticked by default. Ticking it adds your email to the episode list. Leaving it blank sends the answer only.
Guest notes are read and kept so we can reply, or so that the woman you suggested can be considered later. They also double as the show's list of potential guests.
Your details are not sold, and they are not handed to anyone else for their own use.
Hosting
The site and its forms run on a hosting platform, which keeps standard technical records of requests, such as pages served and any errors. These are used to keep the site working. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site.
Your choices
You can ask for an answer to be taken down, a guest note to be deleted, or an address to come off the list at any time. Send a note through the Be a Guest form and mark it Privacy, and it will be handled.
If an answer has already been published and you would like it removed, that is a reasonable request and it will be done.
Where this applies
The show is based in the United Kingdom, so UK data protection law is likely to apply to what is stored here. This notice is written in plain language on purpose. The wording will be checked with a qualified adviser as the show grows, and any change will show a new date at the top of this page.
