Terms
The rules for using whoisrichpod.com, kept short and in plain language, covering your answers, guest notes, and what belongs to the show.

Using the site
You are welcome to read, listen and share. Please do not attempt to break the site, copy it wholesale, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Your answer to the question
When you send an answer it stays yours. By sending it you allow the show to publish it on this site, with the first name you chose to give or as anonymous, and to quote it when promoting the show.
Answers are reviewed before they appear. An answer may be rejected, and a published answer may be taken down later.
A published answer may be lightly trimmed in length or punctuation for clarity. The sense of it, and the words where they matter, are left alone.
Guest notes
Sending a note, or suggesting someone else, is an introduction and nothing more. It does not create any agreement to record an episode until the show agrees that separately in writing.
The show itself
The episodes, the show notes, the artwork, the name Who Is Rich? and the writing on this site belong to the show. You are welcome to quote short extracts with a credit and a link.
Guest photographs and artwork remain the property of whoever supplied them, and are used with permission.
Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is. Content may move, change or be removed, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are.
Governing law
Placeholder: these terms are governed by the law of the country in which the show is produced. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed here.
